KTM become most successful Premium Bike in India

KTM India has within one year of operations in India become the most successful selling premium brand of motorcycles. The Austrian bike manufacture launched the KTM Duke last year in January and in one year have sold 8500 units, and that makes KTM the largest selling premium motorcycle brand in the country. With 70 operational dealerships across India, KTM also has the largest dealer network among all premium motorcycle brands in the country.

The KTM Duke also won the Bike of the year Award recently, which was decided by the leading automotive journalists. After ending their first year on a high, KTM has now announced aggressive plans for the future in the Indian bike market and they will plan to launch three new very exciting products.

The 390 Duke has already been on the cards, and we can expect to see this mid-sized sports bike sometime in the middle of this year. But we we are really waiting for is the launch of the legendary RC8, the 1190 cc flagship supersports racing bike, which will be available in showrooms for display starting in March, and next year an RC8 inspired and Moto 3 racing bike inspired, small displacement supersports bike will also be launched. things will be getting very exciting indeed.
