Suzuki Motorcycle India has shared a teaser of a scooter across its social channels, which seems to be an updated version of the Burgman. The new two-wheeler launch is scheduled for April 2, 2026, and while the company has not officially disclosed details, industry speculations are rife that the Burgman is all set to get revamped, similar to the Access. Launched in 2018, the Burgman has been a key player in the premium scooter segment, and the upcoming iteration is likely to maintain that legacy with an array of modern features and design upgrades. A closer look at the teaser suggests a revamped front end, with dual LED headlamps featuring built-in DRLs.
Other details remain under wraps, but Suzuki is expected to make the Burgman more premium and contemporary by redesigning its body panels and offering a compact visor. These updates should help position it more strongly against rivals like the TVS Ntorq 125. Mechanically, however, the scooter is likely to remain the same.
The all-new Burgman is likely to receive more than cosmetic updates, which means buyers can expect new features, including a more advanced instrument cluster and enhanced connectivity features. Currently, the scooter is regarded as a premium offering in Suzuki’s scooter portfolio, and these upcoming upgrades are likely to strengthen its appeal among 2W urban buyers in India who look for a perfect combination of tech, comfort, and style in the 125cc segment.

The prices for the Burgman in India begin from Rs 93,676 and go up to Rs 1.08 lakh for the Street EX variant. With noticeable upgrades, the scooter is expected to receive a notable bump in its prices. In India, Suzuki Motorcycle India currently offers an array of scooters, including the Access, Suzuki Avenis 125, and the Burgman range.
