Revolt RV400 Stealth Black Limited Edition Launched in India at Rs 1.18 Lakh

The limited-edition version of India's first-ever AI-enabled electric motorcycle – the Revolt RV400 – is now on sale in the country. Called the RV400 Stealth Black, the new bike will in fact be a key part of Revolt Motors' anniversary celebration, as this year marks the 6th anniversary of the electric motorcycle maker. The Stealth Black Edition carries a sticker price of Rs 1.18 lakh (ex-showroom) in the Indian market, which is about Rs 5,000 dearer than the standard version. Note that this price is inclusive of the cost of the EV charger. Revolt says that the Stealth Edition will be manufactured in limited numbers, with customer deliveries to commence in October this year. For those unaware, the RV400 is the flagship product from the company's stable, which is designed to challenge conventional internal combustion engine (ICE) powered motorcycles. 

Revolt RV400 Stealth Black Edition: What's New Visually?

The cosmetic changes over the standard model are all-black elements, colour finishes for the suspension set-up, as well as a host of accessories. The Revolt RV400 Stealth Black Edition gets blacked-out elements, like the rear grab handle, the rear swingarm, alloy wheels, and the bike's frame. Moreover, the gold-finished upside-down front fork and the Sporty Yellow rear mono-shock also adorn the RV400 Stealth Black edition.

Revolt RV400 Stealth Black Edition: Mechanical Specifications

Mechanically, the limited-edition version remains unaltered. It is equipped with a 3.2kWh lithium-ion battery, which is housed within the tank, and it powers a 3kW mid-drive motor that sits underneath the battery pack. This motor is capable of churning out 170Nm of peak torque and comes with a sprocket belt drive. According to Revolt, the RV400 has a range of 150km on a full charge. The bike can reach a maximum speed of 85km/h. Charging time is 4.5 hours, using a 15-ampere socket. 

Revolt RV400 Stealth Black Edition: Features

The RV400 Stealth Black has a number of modern features. As a first-in-class feature, the special edition gets 4 distinctive sounds – Roar, Rage, Revolt, and Rebel, which will be controlled via the MyRevoltApp. Besides, the RV400 gets Bluetooth connectivity for the start/stop function – a smart key is also offered. There are also on-board diagnostics, geofencing for anti-theft, over-the-air software updates, and more.

Revolt RV400 Stealth Black Edition: Pricing, Market Rivals

In terms of pricing, the Revolt RV400 Stealth Black Edition carries a price tag of Rs 1.18 lakh (ex-showroom). In the Indian market, the bike is Revolt Motors' answer to the likes of the Tork Kratos R and the Hop OXO.
