TVS Motor has released a short teaser on social media, confirming its EICMA 2025 debut in Milan with a new motorcycle set to be unveiled on 4 November. While TVS has not released any information about design or specifications, the announcement indicates an important development in its international plans. The brand has been expanding its presence across multiple markets, and this teaser is expected to mark its next step in that direction. For now, it remains unclear whether the bike will be an all-new prototype or a production-ready mid-capacity model built for global use.

Reports suggest the upcoming motorcycle could use BMW’s new 450cc parallel-twin platform, which will also power the BMW F 450 GS. The platform has been jointly developed under the existing TVS-BMW partnership that previously produced the Apache RR 310 and BMW G 310 GS. Moving from the current 310cc engine to a 450cc format would mean a significant improvement in performance and refinement. It also signals TVS’s intent to strengthen its product range through more advanced engineering inputs shared with BMW.
Design details are not yet public, but the new motorcycle is expected to belong to the adventure-touring category. If based on the same architecture as the BMW F 450 GS, it could feature a tall windscreen, forward-set front beak, and long-travel suspension. On the technology front, additions such as a TFT screen, traction control, cornering ABS, and multiple ride modes are anticipated. These updates would align the model with the current requirements of globally competitive mid-capacity motorcycles.

EICMA 2025 is likely to be an important event for both BMW and TVS, as the production spec BMW F 450 GS is also expected to debut at the same show. For TVS, the unveiling provides an opportunity to highlight its technical development and design capabilities on an international stage.

If the new motorcycle turns out to be a 450cc adventure-tourer, it is likely to compete with the KTM 390 Adventure and Royal Enfield Himalayan 450. Pricing will play a crucial role, and the combination of BMW-backed engineering and local production could create a competitive offering.
