Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. has announced that the e-Access will also be available for purchase on Flipkart, once deliveries begin.

After a long wait, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. has announced the prices for the e-Access in India and opened its bookings. It has also announced a new Metallic Mat Stellar Blue with Metallic Mat Fibroin Gray dual-tone shade for the electric scooter, taking the total colour options to four. Priced at Rs 1.88 lakh (ex-showroom), the e-Access will be available for purchase through Flipkart once deliveries begin. It comes with an array of limited-period benefits, including a complimentary 7-year or 80,000km extended warranty, and buy-back assurance of up to 60 percent after three years, among others.

Suzuki’s first-ever EV, built on the company’s advanced e-Technology platform, runs on a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery, which claims to deliver up to four times longer life than traditional NMC batteries while meeting stringent global safety standards. It features a lightweight chassis, paired with an aluminium battery case integrated into the frame, for improved stability and handling.

The scooter is powered by a 4.1 kW (5.58bhp) motor that produces 15Nm of peak torque, and enables 71km/h of top speed and a range of 95 kilometres. Riders can choose between three ride modes and benefit from regenerative braking and a reverse function.

The e-Access takes approximately 6 hours and 42 minutes to charge with a standard charger and around 2 hours and 12 minutes using a DC fast charger. Users can recharge at home or on the go with a portable charger. The company boasts an EV-ready network of over 1,200 outlets. More than 240 locations already offer DC fast charging, with further expansion underway, while AC portable chargers are available across all outlets. The brand aims to deliver a worry-free electric ownership experience backed by certified EV technicians, specialised tools, and Suzuki’s established service network.
The e-Access distinguishes itself from the standard model with a sleeker lighting setup, sharper lines on the body panels, and distinctive 12-inch alloys. The battery placement has brought the boot space to 17 litres, while a small apron pocket with a USB socket is included for essentials. The scooter comes with a 4.2-inch TFT colour display, providing clear information and phone connectivity for notifications and navigation.
