The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 has been modified into a more hardcore, rally-inspired machine by UK-based dealership Cooperb Motorcycles. Called the Phantom Edition, the bike keeps the Sherpa-powered heart of the standard Himalayan, but adds a multitude of upgrades for a more serious off-road experience. The Phantom Edition carries a starting price of £10,299 (approximately Rs 13 lakh). That’s about Rs 9.94 lakh higher than the India-spec Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, which starts at Rs 3.06 lakh. For reference, the standard Himalayan in the UK starts at £5,750. Let’s take a closer look at all the updates.
One of the major upgrades on the Phantom Edition is its revised suspension setup. Buyers can opt for either Hagon or K-Tech components, with the latter offering adjustable compression, rebound, and preload. Those looking for sharper control on challenging trails can go for the K-Tech ProValve kit for the front forks, which offers better damping performance.

The Cooperb Motorcycles-built Himalayan has a bigger 23-litre Acerbis plastic fuel tank, showing an increase over the stock 17-litre capacity. It also comes with a Royal Enfield Rally Seat, which raises the seat height by 20mm to 845mm and allows riders to move more freely when standing through tricky off-road sections. The standard Phantom version rolls on Royal Enfield’s tubeless spoked wheels, although riders can opt for ultra-strong SM Pro lightweight rims, with an 18-inch rear wheel.
The Phantom Edition has preserved the stock 452cc Sherpa liquid-cooled engine from the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, but added a range of bolt-on upgrades to offer improved airflow and sharpen throttle response. Key highlights include a lightweight HP Corse full exhaust, a DNA induction kit, and the FuelX Pro Plus.
