Triumph Motorcycles India has inaugurated a brand new experience centre in the heart of Gurugram.

Said to be their largest retail outlet in the country, Triumph Motorcycles India has inaugurated their new experience centre situated in the heart of Gurugram.

Spread across 5,000sq.ft., One Triumph features three floors in one single stand-alone outlet. The dealership has special zones, for example, a consultation coffee lounge for the team to take customers through all available options, a build-your-own-bike station to help buyers customize their motorcycles and a merchandise display area, all on the ground and first floors.

The basement of the facility features service bays for triumph technicians to service and repair motorcycles. Additionally, Triumph will also allow customers to work and repair their own motorcycles under the supervision of their trained mechanics at this workshop. The sales and service team have all been through exclusive training in Hinckley at the headquarter of Triumph, UK, just like at every other Triumph dealership, to maintain a uniform global standard in service.

Vimal Sumbly, Managing Director, Triumph Motorcycles India Pvt. Ltd. said, ‘We are suitably excited that the opening of this ultra-modern dealership coincides with our fourth-anniversary celebrations. This only goes to show our commitment to India and its importance as a market. We are grateful for the great response we’ve received from the entire riding fraternity so far and hope to continue delighting them with more ground-breaking products.’
