To mark the 60th anniversary of the James Bond movie franchise and its partnership with it, Triumph Motorcycles has unveiled a super-exclusive factory-custom Speed Triple – the Speed Triple 1200 RR Bond Edition, with just 60 units available worldwide. The 178bhp Speed Triple RR maintains a dark colour scheme, much like the modern Daniel Craig Bond outfit. Black, Storm Grey, and Granite Grey make up the bike's three-colour paint scheme, while the special '60 Years of Bond' logo is painted on the tank sides.

The bike has five riding modes – Rain, Road, Sport, Track, and Rider – along with disc brakes, cornering ABS, IMU-based cornering traction control, and cruise control. According to Triumph, the bike's cockpit is shaped like a gun barrel and is 'reminiscent of probably the most iconic film opening sequence of all time.' It also has hand-painted gold accents over the cockpit and rear tail. On the tank and side fairing, high-end custom-made gold logos that match the Öhlins front fork add to the overall Bond aesthetic.

The handlebar clamp badge, which also sports authentic James Bond branding, is individually numbered from 1 to 60 on each Speed Triple 1200 RR Bond Edition. Additionally, each RR will be packaged with a personalised '007' indoor bike cover and an official certificate of authenticity, personally signed by Nick Bloor, CEO of Triumph.
