TVS Motor Company has introduced a new variant of the XL100 Heavy Duty in India, now available with alloy wheels. The model adds another option to the long-standing XL100 series, which has been popular with small business owners and daily commuters for decades. The TVS XL100 Heavy Duty with alloy wheels is priced at Rs 59,800 (ex-showroom). The new update focuses on durability and lower running costs, addressing the everyday mobility needs of riders who rely on the XL100 for work and transport. The most notable change is the replacement of traditional spoke wheels with black alloy wheels.

Mechanically, the moped retains its proven 99.7cc single-cylinder engine with single-speed transmission. This powertrain has been known for consistent performance and ease of use, which remains central to the XL100’s appeal.
Alongside the wheel update, TVS has introduced new colour choices and graphics to give the XL100 a refreshed look. The utility-focused design continues with telescopic front forks, rear spring suspension, and a load-bearing frame built for carrying goods. Practical touches such as the spacious footboard, large rear carrier, and a simple kick-start remain part of the package.
The model is equipped with a 4-litre fuel tank and complies with current emission standards. These elements underline its role as an accessible and functional utility vehicle.
Positioned as one of the most affordable entry-level utility two-wheelers in the country, it offers a value-focused option for cost-conscious buyers. The model is now available at authorised TVS dealerships nationwide, with deliveries set to begin shortly.
