Ultraviolette recently launched the X-47 Crossover, an electric adventure motorcycle, in India at an introductory price of Rs 2.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The bike received a strong market response, with over 3,000 bookings within the first 24 hours of launch. As a result, its introductory price offer, originally for 1,000 customers, has now been extended to 5,000 buyers. Bookings for the electric bike are open online for Rs 999, while deliveries are scheduled to begin in October 2025.
The X-47 Crossover is Ultraviolette’s second bike after the F77 and is available in two battery sizes: 7.1kWh and 10.3kWh. Both battery options are available in two variants, each offering different features. However, all models are built on the same chassis and powertrain, with only minor performance differences based on battery capacity. Here’s a complete breakdown of prices and features.
| Model | Price (ex-showroom) |
| Original | Rs 2.49 lakh |
| Original+ | Rs 2.99 lakh |
| Recon | Rs 3.49 lakh |
| Recon+ | Rs 3.99 lakh |
The Original is the base variant, priced at Rs 2.49 lakh (ex-showroom). It runs on a smaller 7.1kWh battery that offers a range of up to 211 kilometres (IDC) and delivers 27kW (36bhp) of power with 550Nm of torque. The bike accelerates from 0 to 60km/h in 2.8 seconds and has a top speed of 145km/h.

The base variant includes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity as standard, along with an external charger. Like all variants, it offers three riding modes: Glide, Combat, and Ballistic. However, regen braking is capped at 3 levels, and traction control has only one level. Buyers can unlock more advanced control – up to 10 regen and 3 traction levels – through optional upgrades.
The Original is also equipped with the brand’s advanced Hypersense radar system as a standard feature. Riders also benefit from a suite of safety technologies such as dynamic stability control, park-assist, dual-channel ABS, and hill-hold assist. The model comes with a comprehensive 3-year or 60,000 km warranty, which can be extended up to 5 years or 1,00,000 kilometres.
The Ultraviolette X-47 Original+ is priced at Rs 2.99 lakh (ex-showroom), and has the same battery and performance as the standard model. However, it adds several convenient features to make the ride more convenient. Notably, it comes with a compact on-board charger that works with a lightweight cable for effortless charging. It is compatible with the company's Parallel Boost Charger for faster charging and can use the UV Supernova+ fast-charging stations to get even quicker charging.
Riders get LTE connectivity standard, alongside adjustable regenerative braking in 10 steps and 3 modes of traction control. Warranty coverage is enhanced to 5 years or 1,00,000 kilometres.
The Ultraviolette X-47 Recon is the mid-level variant, with improved range and performance. It is priced at Rs 3.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The Recon features a larger 10.3kWh battery and has a claimed IDC range of 323 kilometres. The power output rises slightly to 30kW (40bhp), with motor torque of 100Nm (610Nm at the wheel). The bike hits 0-60km/h in 2.7 seconds, and has the same top speed of 145km/h.

The mid-level variant shares the same advanced tech suite as the Original+. However, it comes standard with added crash protection (knuckle guards and a bull bar) and a 5-year/1,00,000km warranty. The Recon has a standard charger, but it can also support Ultraviolette’s optional Boost Charger for faster top-ups.
The Ultraviolette X-47 Recon+ is the flagship model in the lineup, with prices starting at Rs 3.99 lakh (ex-showroom). While its performance figures are identical to those of the Recon, the model elevates the package by including an on-board charger as standard. It also allows for optional fast-charging through the Parallel Boost Charger.

The Recon+ stands out with the tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) and Ultraviolette’s intelligent ‘Violette AI’ suite, which adds advanced capabilities like crash detection and theft alerts. It is important to note that the front and rear dashcams (and the secondary display) are not standard features; they must be purchased separately as optional add-ons.
