Ultraviolette has launched the X47 Crossover electric adventure motorcycle in India, priced at Rs 2.49 lakh (ex-showroom, introductory). The price will later be revised to Rs 2.74 lakh. With this launch, the brand has expanded its line-up beyond the F77 sports bike and has entered the growing crossover and adventure motorcycle segment. Bookings are now open, and customer deliveries will begin from 25 October. The Ultraviolette X47 takes styling cues from the F77, featuring a similar headlamp unit along with aluminium body panels. It comes equipped with a windscreen and a single-piece seat designed for long-distance riding comfort. A special Desert Wing edition has been introduced for early buyers, adding exclusivity to the line-up.

Customers can choose from three variants: Laser, Airstrike, and Shadow. The X47 also gets a dual-display cockpit, with one unit dedicated to performance data and the other for ADAS-related information.
A key highlight of the X47 is the introduction of radar-based Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) through the UV Hypersense suite. It is the first electric adventure motorcycle in its segment to offer this feature, which will come as standard across all variants. The suite provides rider aids such as rear collision alert, lane change assist, and overtaking notification with a detection range of up to 200 metres.

The motorcycle is further equipped with traction control, dual-channel ABS, four riding modes, nine levels of regenerative braking, and stability management.
The Ultraviolette X47 is powered by a 10.7 kWh air-cooled battery paired with an electric motor producing 40bhp and 610Nm of wheel torque. It delivers a certified riding range of 323km, accelerates from 0–100km/h in 8.1 seconds, and reaches a top speed of 145km/h.

Suspension duties are managed by USD front forks and a rear monoshock, while disc brakes on both wheels ensure stopping power.
