New Bajaj Pulsar 150

Bajaj Auto has launched the updated Pulsar 150 in India with revisions focused on features, lighting and the variant lineup. The motorcycle is available in three variants, starting with the single disc version priced at Rs 1.09 lakh (ex-showroom), while the twin-disc version costs Rs 1.15 lakh. All variants continue on the same platform and retain the existing mechanical setup.

This update allows Bajaj to keep the Pulsar 150 on sale while development of next-generation Pulsar models continues. The motorcycle remains positioned as a commuter offering aimed at riders who want higher engine output for everyday use.

The Pulsar 150 continues to use a double cradle frame. Suspension hardware remains unchanged, with telescopic forks at the front and twin gas-charged shock absorbers at the rear. Braking is handled by a 260mm front disc across all variants. Power comes from a 149.5cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine. It produces 13.8bhp and 13.4Nm of torque and is paired with a five-speed gearbox. There are no mechanical changes to the engine or transmission. Fuel tank capacity stands at 14 litres, supporting daily commuting requirements.

The most visible update is the new LED headlamp, now paired with LED turn indicators. Other design elements remain unchanged, including the fuel tank shape, clip-on handlebars, split seat layout and 17-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tyres. Bajaj has refreshed the motorcycle with new colours and graphics while keeping the overall design intact.

The Pulsar 150 now features a digital instrument cluster that displays gear position, real-time fuel efficiency, average fuel consumption, distance to empty and a clock. Bluetooth connectivity allows call and notification alerts through the Bajaj Ride Connect app.
