Yamaha India hikes prices of select models across the range

The YZF-R15 V3 along with Yamaha's scooter range have undergone a price revision. Select models will now cost Rs 500 to Rs 3,800 more than before. The YZF-R15 V3 now starts at Rs 1,50,600 for the Thunder Grey colour scheme which is Rs 2,700 higher than before.

The YZF-R15 V3, along with Yamaha's scooter range, has undergone a price revision. Select models will now cost Rs 500 to Rs 3,800 more than before.

At the end of the first quarter, the Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer, Yamaha, has silently hiked the price of its select motorcycle and scooters. The products that have undergone a price hike are Yamaha YZF-R15 V3, Yamaha Ray ZR 125, Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally 125, and Yamaha Fascino.

The price hike ranges between Rs 500 and Rs 3,800, depending upon the model, however, there aren't any mechanical or visual changes to the motorcycles or scooters. Below is the price-breakup of different models.

Yamaha YZF-R15 V3 

The updated price for the YZF-R15 V3 starts at Rs 1,50,600 for the thunder grey colour scheme, which has been hiked by Rs 2,700. The Racing Blue colour scheme now costs Rs 1,51,700, as it has been hiked by Rs 500. The most expensive matte black colour scheme demands a price of Rs 1,52,700, which is Rs 2,700 higher than the previous pricing.

Yamaha Fascino 125

The Fascino 125 scooter earlier retailed for Rs 68,730, but now, it costs Rs 72,030, which is a hike of Rs 3,300. The higher disc-brake-equipped variant of the Fascino is now priced at Rs 74,530, after a hike of Rs 3,300.

Yamaha Ray ZR 125

The updated prices of the Yamaha Ray ZR 125 begin at Rs 73,330 for the drum-brake variant and go all the way up to Rs 76,330. The Yamaha Ray ZR 125 also gets a price hike of Rs 3,800, across all variants.

Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally 125

The Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally 125 has been priced at Rs 77,330, up from Rs 73,530. The Ray ZR Street Rally is now dearer by Rs 3,800. It’s the second time that Yamaha has hiked the price of its 125cc scooter range after November 2020.

All prices mentioned are ex-showroom.
