2022 MG Gloster SUV launched in India at Rs 31.99 lakh
MG has launched the 2022 Gloster SUV in India. The car is available in three trims and comes with additional features as well as minor tweaks on the outside. Here's everything you need to know about the car.

The 2022 MG Gloster is here with minor tweaks on the outside and an elaborate makeover in terms of features.
MG has launched the 2022 Gloster SUV in India with prices starting at Rs 31.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and going up to Rs 40.77 lakh (ex-showroom). It comes in both six and seven-seater options and three different trims - Super, Sharp and Savvy.
On the outside, the new version has retained most bits as the outgoing one. However, it drives on a set of new alloy wheels and gets a new paint option in addition to the existing palette of Agate Red, Metal Ash, Warm White and Metal Black.
On the inside, the car's most prominent change comes with a new advanced i-Smart touchscreen infotainment system which comes with 75 connectivity features. The company states that owners can now use the app as a remote for audio, AC and ambient lighting in addition to the features in the previous version. The system which was earlier only compatible with Apple Watch is now compatible with Android smartwatches as well.
MG says that the new MaymyIndia interface will give information about real-time weather and AQI. It also comes with a new integrated Discover App that easily finds the nearest essentials. In addition to this, the car also comes with a new Park Plus head unit app that lets user book and pay in advance for parking spots.
In terms of powertrain, the car comes with sole diesel options and both 4x2 as well as 4x4 drivetrain options. Under the hood is a 2.0-litre four-cylinder diesel motor which will be mated to an 8 speed automatic gearbox and output 212bhp.
