2024 Mahindra XUV700 Launched in India at Rs 13.99 Lakh, Gets Ventilated Front Seats, Memory ORVMs and More
After the XUV400, Mahindra has now updated the XUV700 for 2024. The new iteration of the XUV700 gets a host of cosmetic and feature upgrades.

Mahindra has launched the 2024 iteration of the XUV700 SUV in India, with a starting price tag of Rs 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom). It has many new features, like the Naples Black hue option, upgraded linked car technology, and optional captain seats. However, it is essential to note that these updates vary based on the model. Mahindra hasn't made any internal changes, which means the diesel and gasoline engine options are still available. To answer questions on vehicle technology, the automaker has also launched a new concierge service called 'ASK Mahindra'. The objective of this service is to offer clients immediate assistance and guidance on different areas of their vehicles. Let's look at what has been added to the SUV to fulfill the expanding needs of customers in the Indian SUV industry.
2024 Mahindra XUV700: What's New?
The revised XUV700 receives a new paint option—Napoli Black—for all variants as standard. However, only the top-end AX7 and AX7L models gain alloy wheels and a blacked-out grille along with this shade that adds to the stealthy appearance. The AC vents and centre console on these higher-spec models are covered in a dark chrome finish. A dual-tone paint option with a blacked-out roof is also on offer for those who do not prefer to have their vehicle all black.
Many changes have been made to the Mahindra SUV's features. First of all, the XUV700 now has six seats, including captain seats in the middle row. However, this capability is only available on the higher-end AX7 and AX7L versions. The AX7L, Mahindra's top-of-the-line model, also has ventilated front seats. Moreover, the Adrenox suite now offers 13 more functions, bringing the total number of connection features to 83. These capabilities include Over-the-Air capabilities, an Ecosense leaderboard, an M lens, and toll diary, and more. Last but not least, the Outside Rear-View Mirror (ORVM) with memory function has been included in the AX7L variant of the SUV.
2024 Mahindra XUV700: Engine
The SUV's mechanical specifics haven't changed post the upgrade. A 2.0-litre turbo-petrol and a 2.2-litre diesel are still on offer by Mahindra for the XUV700. A 6-speed automatic and a manual transmission are available as options for both of these mills. The higher-spec AX7 and AX7 L variants can also be equipped with all-wheel drive (AWD), but only when employing the diesel automatic powerplant.

2024 Mahindra XUV700: Price List
The SUV can be acquired in five different variants—MX, AX3, AX5, AX7, and AX7L, and in five-, six-, and seven-seater configurations. Reservations for the Mahindra car are already underway and deliveries are anticipated to begin from January 25 onwards.
