Maruti Suzuki has launched the New Swift in India at Rs 6.5 lakh (ex-showroom). With five variants to choose from – LXi, VXi, VXi (O), ZXi, and ZXi+ – there's a model for every taste. Bookings start at Rs 11,000, and deliveries will begin soon. Lustre Blue and Novel Orange are two new vibrant colours, along with Sizzling Red, Pearl Arctic White, Magma Grey, and Splendid Silver. Maruti Suzuki also offers two distinctive packages to personalize your Swift - Thrill Chaser and Racing Roadstar. Numerous upgrades have been made to Swift's latest version to make it even better. The 2024 Swift comes equipped with a new 1.2-litre Z-Series petrol engine. Generating a peak torque of 111.7Nm, this 1197 cc three-cylinder engine delivers a power output of 81bhp. With this engine, you can choose between a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT (auto gear shift, or AGS, as Maruti calls it).
