Audi India’s largest workshop now open 24X7

Audi has just made an important announcement in regards to their after sales services. The German luxury car maker has announced that its largest workshop in India, Audi Service Gurgaon, has activated round-the-clock operations for Audi customers. Yes, that's right, you can now get your Audi serviced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

With its 24X7 functioning, the Audi Gurgaon workshop will allow customers to drop off their vehicles after office hours, and it will also help generate faster turnaround times by increasing the productive hours to maximum.

According to Audi, the current level of service efficiency is expected to go up by 30%. To make sure that operations are done smoothly and efficiently, there will be 3 non-stop shifts of highly skilled and trained technicians, and even managers will be around to supervise. This will ensure that when a new team takes over, they will do so with fresh zeal and enthusiasm. Even the physical infrastructure’s use gets maximized with this approach.
