Audi has revealed the price of the facelifted Q8 SUV for the Indian market. The new Audi Q8 begins at Rs 1.17 crore (ex-showroom), which is an increase of around Rs 10 lakh over the outgoing Q8 (Rs 1.07 crore–Rs 1.43 crore, ex-showroom).  Bookings for the new model are underway for a token amount of Rs 5 lakh. Interested buyers can make reservations for the same through Audi India's website or myAudi Connect.

Audi brings the Audi Q8 facelift in eight exterior colour options: Sakhir Gold, Waitomo Blue, Mythos Black, Samurai Gray, Glacier White, Satellite Silver, Tamarind Brown, and Vicuna Beige. Along with different colour schemes, there are a few fundamental differences in terms of design. Compared to its predecessor, the updated Q8 gets a new octagonal single-frame grille with L-shaped inserts. The grille is flanked by HD Matrix LED headlamps (with a high-power laser diode) and revised air intakes.

No major changes have been made to the profile, except for new alloy wheels. The alloy units range from 21 to 23 inches. The rear fascia too remains largely unchanged, with changes being limited to new digital OLED taillamps, which come with four customisable light designs.

Audi Q8 Facelift: Interior, Features

The Audi Q8 facelift is almost identical to the outgoing version on the inside but features new upholstery and interior colour options (Okapi Brown, Saiga Beige, Black, and Pando Gray). Features-wise, the car offers twin MMI touchscreens, a head-up display, four-zone climate control, powered seats, multi-colour ambient lighting, a Bang &Olufsen sound system, and built-in third-party music apps (Spotify, Amazon Music).

In terms of safety, Audi has equipped the new model with ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, front and rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, multiple airbags, and ADAS (advanced driver assistance systems) tech.

Audi Q8 Facelift: Engine, Output

The Audi Q8 facelift is powered by a 3.0-litre turbo-petrol V6 engine paired with a 48V mild-hybrid system. The setup develops 335bhp and 500Nm of peak torque, resulting in a claimed 0–100km/h acceleration time of 5.6 seconds before reaching a top speed of 250km/h. Power is sent to all four wheels through an 8-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
