Lamborghini India records highest ever sales in 2021

Lamborghini India has been impressing us with its sales milestones and now the firm reports the highest-ever sales.

Just a few days to wrap up 2021 and Lamborghini India has reported its highest-ever sales numbers. The Italian supercar maker has recorded a growth of 20 per cent in H1 of 2021. The numbers haven’t been revealed, however, the sales have surpassed the previous high of 52 units recorded in 2019.

The demand has been improving from October 2020, and the waiting period is up to 7-12 months depending on the model. In 2021, Lamborghini India reported cumulative sales of 300 units, and around the same time, the firm sold its 100th Lamborghini Urus in India.

The last launch from Lamborghini India was the Huracan STO which is priced at Rs. 4.99 crore (ex-showroom). This racecar for the road gets a 5.2-litre V10 which is capable enough to push out 630bhp and 565Nm. The more exciting bit of this supercar is the mechanicals and other components which are inspired by Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo EVO and GT3 EVO racecars.

Elements such as 20 per cent lightweight windscreen, carbon fibre body panels, new air vents and air splitters, NACA-style air intakes – It helps increase downforce – and an adjustable single-slotted rear wing enhances STO’s aerodynamic capabilities.

Lamborghini India also has the Aventador and Urus on sale and all of the models are available in multiple variants and you can option yours with a number of personalised touches.
