Land Rover has revealed the new Defender 110 Trophy Edition, which tips its hat to the old Land Rovers from the gruelling Camel Trophy expeditions. It is available in two heritage-inspired colour options, and has a starting price of £89,810 (approximately Rs 1.04 crore) in the UK. The Trophy Edition uses the standard Defender 110 as its foundation, but comes with several upgrades. The most notable highlight is a new range of off-road-focused features. There's also a wide range of optional accessories, though they come at a considerable cost. Here are some key details of the newly announced Land Rover Defender 110 Trophy Edition.
The Trophy Edition of the Defender SUV comes in two striking hues: Deep Sandglow Yellow and Keswick Green. The Yellow shade reminds us of the Defenders used in the off-road challenges, while the green colour celebrates the SUV's roots in exploring the British countryside. Both colours contrast with gloss black details on the bonnet, brake callipers, and lower bodyside. Land Rover states that for added protection and a rugged charm, these two hues can be optioned with a matte protective film.
Other highlights include Trophy decals on the bonnet and C-pillar, gloss black alloys fitted in all-terrain tyres, and a dark rear scuff plate.

The interior of the Land Rover Defender 110 Trophy Edition also has some unique elements. These include Ebony Windsor Leather seats, illuminated Trophy-branded treadplates.
For the serious off-roading enthusiasts, Land Rover offers the Trophy Edition Accessory Pack, priced at £4,995 (about Rs 5.82 lakh, including fitting). The pack includes a Gloss Black Side-Mounted Gear Carrier, Black Deployable Roof Ladder, Expedition Roof Rack, Front and Rear Classic Mud Flaps, and a Raised Air Intake.
The company has announced the new Defender Trophy Adventure Competition, which is inspired by the legendary Trophy and Challenge events of years past. The competition invites passionate explorers from more than 50 countries to compete for a coveted spot in the Grand Finale, set to take place in the heart of Africa in 2026. However, the local selections are said to commence soon.
