Mahindra 7XO (XUV700 Facelift) Interior Spied with Tri-Display Setup

Mahindra XUV 7XO testing reveals a tri-display cabin, updated features and refreshed design, offering a clearer look at the SUV ahead of its expected 2026 debut.

The Mahindra XUV 7XO, which is the updated version of the XUV700, has been spotted again during testing, giving a clearer look at the new interior and design changes. The latest images show a tri-display setup running across the dashboard in one panel. This setup combines the driver screen, the main infotainment screen and a screen for the front passenger. The layout matches what Mahindra offers in its newer Born Electric models like the XEV 9e and the upcoming XEV 9S.

The test model also shows a dual-spoke steering wheel with the illuminated Twin Peaks logo, a neater button layout than the current model, matching the updated dashboard. Soft-touch areas are visible on the dashboard and door pads, along with brown and beige leatherette trim. Central AC vents with chrome surrounds and an auto-dimming rear-view mirror can also be seen. These details suggest Mahindra is working on a cleaner and more modern cabin experience ahead of the SUV’s launch.

The Mahindra XUV 7XO is also expected to bring new features. Higher variants may get a Harman Kardon audio system. Other additions could include massaging front seats, sliding second-row seats, improved ambient lighting and rear entertainment support using personal devices. Some variants may gain updated Level 2 ADAS features, a 360-degree camera, sun blinds and ventilated seats.

Exterior updates seen in earlier sightings show a new front grille, updated LED headlamps and a revised DRL signature. The bumper and fog lamp housings appear reshaped and may include cornering lights. The side profile is likely to stay the same, but new alloy wheels are expected. At the rear, new tail-lamp graphics may match the lighting pattern at the front.

The XUV 7XO is set to continue with the current 2.0-litre turbo-petrol and 2.2-litre diesel engines. Manual and automatic gearbox options will remain, along with all-wheel drive on selected variants. No major changes in performance are expected. The SUV is likely to make its official debut in early 2026 as part of Mahindra’s updated SUV lineup.
