The Grand Vitara from Maruti Suzuki continues to be a popular compact SUV in India and now comes with six airbags as standard. Since its launch in September 2022, it has sold over 3 lakh units. The compact SUV is a product of a collaboration between Maruti Suzuki and Toyota, and is offered in both mild-hybrid and strong-hybrid versions. The mild-hybrid model features a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces 102bhp and 137Nm, and is paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic gearbox. The strong-hybrid version, on the other hand, combines a 1.5-litre petrol engine (91bhp, 122Nm) with an electric motor (79bhp, 141Nm), delivering a total system output of 114bhp via an e-CVT transmission and front-wheel drive.

With the most recent update, the compact SUV has gained a panoramic sunroof option across more variants, including the newly introduced Zeta (O). Other highlights include an air purifier with a PM2.5 filter, rear door sunshades, and a powered driver seat.

The SUV also comes with a head-up display, wireless charging, a 360-degree camera, and a 9-inch SmartPlay Pro+ infotainment system with wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay.
