Maruti Suzuki Swift DLX launched at Rs. 4.54 lakh

Maruti Suzuki has launched the Swift DLX variant loaded with features at Rs. 4.54 lakh ex showroom Delhi.

Maruti Suzuki has now made the Swift hatchback more desirable as it offers a brand new variant in which they have thrown in features from higher up models at a price of Rs. 4.54 lakh ex-showroom Delhi.

Features that are found in the VXi variant, are now given in this new DLX variant at a lower price. The features include bluetooth connectivity with the stereo system, all four power windows, central locking, fog lamps, and blacked out B-pillars, central locking and anti-theft system to name a few. The Swift DLX doesn’t get alloy wheels and has to make do with steel rims and also does not get electronic ORVMs.

The Swift DLX will be available with the similar engine options, the 1.2-litre petrol and 1.3-litre diesel engine. Both engines come mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. With a maximum power from the diesel engine being 84bhp. Maruti claims a fuel economy of 20.4km/l for the Swift.

As this is a dealer initiative, the Maruti Suzuki Swift DLX is only available in the Delhi NCR region and booking for the vehicle have started.
