The smooth surface design that has been a hallmark of all EQ models to date is strongly incorporated into the exterior. A prominent relative resemblance to previous EQ models is evident in the form of several key design elements such as angular LED headlamps, a horizontal LED light bar across the leading edge, and a blanked-off black panel grille that continues well into the bottom area of the front bumper. The standard model receives significantly less chrome than the Maybach EQS, particularly on the front end. The EQS 580 4Matic SUV also gets an AMG Line Package, featuring sportier front and rear bumpers and 21-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. In terms of dimensions, the car measures 5,125mm in length, 1,959mm in width, and 1,718mm in height.
