From reduced/custom EMI schedules to long-tenure loans, the Mercedes-Benz Wishbox 2.0 program has numerous flexible finance options in-store; applicable only to the C-Class, E-Class & the GLC model line-ups.

To reinstate consumer confidence in premium vehicles and spur demand, Mercedes-Benz India has launched 'Wishbox 2.0'. Like its predecessor (that was launched in August 2019), 'Wishbox 2.0' will offer flexible finance schemes to Mercedes customers in the country that have been tailor-made to tackle the ongoing slowdown witnessed due to the Coronavirus lockdown across the country. The three primary finance schemes offered under Wishbox 2.0 are 'EMI-Free 3 months', 'Step-Up 2020' & 'EZ 10' - applicable only to the C-Class, E-Class & the new GLC line-up.

As is clear from the name, the first scheme gives a customer the choice to opt for an initial EMI-free period for up to 3 months. The EMIs will start only from the 4th month. However, this scheme is only applicable to a standard loan (3/4/5-year tenure).

Under the 'Step-Up 2020' scheme, a customer can choose to have a custom-made EMI plan. Further, he/she can design an EMI schedule that has relatively lower EMIs for the first 6 months, even at a down payment of 20%. Regular EMIs, in this case, will only start from the 7th month of the contract.

The third finance scheme, 'EZ 10', is essentially a first-of-its-kind offer from Mercedes-Benz India that offers a loan tenure of up to 10 years. To facilitate an easier upgrade decision, EZ 10 is a combination of 5-year agility & 5-year refinance contract options. The customer also has an option to opt for a guaranteed buyback after 5 years of the contract. Plus, the EZ 10 scheme also opens up the possibility of lowest EMI of ₹1,499 per lakh.

Moreover, Mercedes-Benz India will also donate ₹15,000 (per vehicle) to the PM Cares Fund for COVID-19 relief, applicable to the first 500 vehicles it sells via its 'Merc From Home' online sales channel. Also, doctors across the country can avail an additional ₹1 lakh discount on their purchase.
