Renault Kwid 02 Anniversary Edition launched

The 02 Anniversary Edition is available in just the RXL and RXT variants and is priced starting Rs 3.42 lakhs

Celebrating two years since the launch of the Kwid, Renault has launched the car a 02 Anniversary Edition at a starting price of Rs 3.42 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi). This special edition Kwid will be available with the 0.8-litre engine as well as the 1.0-litre engine option but only in the RXL and RXT variants.

The car will be available in contrasting red and white exterior, with 02 emblems on the bonnet and on the side on the rear doors. It also comes fitted with a new set of painted wheels, two-tone ORVMs, some additional graphics on the roof and new Sportline front and rear skid plates.

Changes on the inside include dual-tone seat upholstery with 02 insignias and a sporty new steering wheel. The Kwid 02 Anniversary Edition has also been fitted with dual-tone gear lever, floor mats, and a centre console with dark ivory contours.

The engine options remain unchanged. The Kwid 02 Anniversary Edition too will be available with the 799cc three-cylinder motor that churns out 53bhp and the 1.0-litre powerplant that is good for 67bhp. The Renault Kwid 02 Anniversary Edition is on sale in just two colour options - Fiery Red and Ice Cool White. Bookings for the special edition Kwid have already commenced.
