Skoda Enyaq iV Electric SUV to Mark Debut at Bharat Mobility Expo 2024
The price of the new Skoda Enyaq iV for India is expected to be announced in March this year. Skoda is likely to offer the Enyaq iV 80x version of the SUV that includes a 77kWh battery pack in our market.

The Skoda Enyaq iV EV is all set to show its glimpse at the upcoming Bharat Mobility Expo. It will be displayed alongside other ICE and EV cars from Volkswagen group brands, including Lamborghini, Audi, and Porsche, during the three-day expo in New Delhi. In September 2020, the production-spec version of the electrified Skoda car was unveiled, and since then, it has been spotted going through several road tests in India. Although it hasn't been officially announced, the Skoda Enyaq iV is expected to go on sale in India in March this year. Based on industry reports, the model's entry into our market will be through the CBU route. The carmaker may consider assembling the vehicle locally if heavy demand persists.

Skoda Enyaq iV: Key Design Details
Skoda's first electric vehicle for India, the Enyaq iV, will have sweptback LED headlamps, a radiant grille with a black surround, a black insert that spans the length of the bumper, and a number plate recess over the air dam. It will additionally feature a shark-fin antenna, black roof rails, two-tone alloy wheels, and conventional door handles. It is important to note that all of this information is derived from previous spy photographs. The interior of the car is likely to feature a large freestanding touchscreen infotainment system, dual-cup holders, an auto-dimming IRVM, a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, a small gear lever, and more.
Skoda Enyaq iV: Powertrain
Coming to the structure and heart of the EV, the Enyaq iV will feature Volkswagen Group's MEB platform, which also supports the Audi Q4 e-tron and Volkswagen ID.4 crossovers. Although no official update has been made, the automaker may introduce the Enyaq iV 80x variant in India. This version has a 77kWh battery and two electric motors, one on the front axle, and the other on the rear axle. The Enyaq iV 80x speeds from 0 to 100km/h in 6.9 seconds and has a range of 513 kilometres.
Skoda Enyaq iV: Expected Pricing
The new Skoda Enyaq iV is expected to retail between Rs 60 lakh and Rs 70 lakh when it is unveiled in India. These prices are ex-showroom.
