Skoda Kylaq vs Maruti Suzuki Brezza Spec Comparison: Price
The Czech automaker has launched the Kylaq in India, with a starting price of Rs 7.89 lakh. It is important to note the complete price list for each variant will be announced later.
On the other hand, the Maruti Suzuki Brezza begins at Rs 8.34 lakh, with its top variant priced at Rs 13.98 lakh. All mentioned prices are ex-showroom figures.
Skoda Kylaq vs Maruti Suzuki Brezza Spec Comparison: Engine and Transmission
The Skoda Kylaq is powered by a 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo petrol engine, generating 114bhp and 178Nm of peak torque. It offers two transmission options: a six-speed manual and a six-speed torque converter automatic.
In contrast, the Maruti Suzuki Brezza is equipped with a 1.5-litre four-cylinder naturally aspirated (NA) petrol engine, which puts out 101bhp of maximum power and 137Nm of peak torque. The Brezza provides the choice of a five-speed manual gearbox or a six-speed torque converter automatic transmission.

Dimension-wise, the Skoda Kylaq spans 3,995mm in length, 1,975mm in width, and 1,575mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,566mm and a ground clearance of 180mm. The boot offers a capacity of 448 litres when measured to the roof.
While the Brezza is also 3,995mm long, it is narrower at 1,790mm and taller at 1,685mm. It has a wheelbase of 2,500mm and boasts a higher ground clearance of 198mm. The SUV’s boot capacity stands at 328 litres.

Skoda Kylaq vs Maruti Suzuki Brezza Spec Comparison: Interior and Safety Suite
The Skoda Kylaq’s top-spec variants come with a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system and an 8-inch digital display for the instrument cluster. It also offers premium features like an electric sunroof, keyless entry, wireless smartphone charging, and supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. All variants of the Kylaq come with six airbags as standard, along with safety features such as ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, and ISOFIX child seat mounts. However, the Kylaq does not offer ADAS.
Coming to the Maruti Suzuki model, it houses a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a traditional analogue instrument cluster. The model also has an electric sunroof, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a four-speaker Arkamys sound system, and wireless phone charging. Standard safety features on the Brezza include electronic stability control, hill hold assist, dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, and ISOFIX anchors, but like the Kylaq, it also lacks ADAS.
