Skoda Slavia Style Edition Launched in India at Rs 19.13 Lakh, Limited to 500 Units

The Slavia Style Edition, a limited edition version of Skoda Auto India's best-selling sedan, has been launched in the country. With this new addition to its model range, the brand is commemorating the milestone of selling over a million Slavias. Priced at Rs 19.13 lakh (ex-showroom), this new offering can only be had with a single-engine option. It is important to note that the new Slavia Style Edition from the Czech car manufacturer is limited to 500 units and is based on the top-of-the-line Style variant. With several features and aesthetic enhancements, the new limited edition product costs approximately Rs 30,000 more than the comparable variant. For those unaware, similar to the Kushaq SUV, the Slavia sedan is built on the MQB-A0-IN platform, which was created especially for our market.

Skoda Slavia Style Edition: Exterior and Interior Updates

Speaking of the styling updates, the Slavia Style Edition sports black mirror covers, a black roof foil, and a 'Edition' emblem on the blacked-out B-pillars. Scuff plates bearing the 'Slavia' branding can be seen as one moves inside the cabin, and a 'Edition' badge is there on the steering wheel. In addition, the limited edition model has puddle lamps with the Skoda logo projection, electrically adjustable and ventilated front seats, and a dual dashcam.

On the other hand, a digital instrument console, six airbags, ISOFIX child anchorages, a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment panel with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and other features have been carried over. With a 5-star Global NCAP rating, the Slavia is among the safest automobiles produced in India that are currently on sale.

Skoda Slavia Style Edition: Engine and Colour Options

When it comes to the colour options, the vehicle will be offered in three exciting paint jobs - Tornado Red, Brilliant Silver, and Candy White. Mechanically, this new model will be equipped with a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine paired with a seven-speed DSG gearbox. As there is no change in the powertrain, the unit will continue to put out 148bhp of maximum power and 250Nm of peak torque.

Skoda Slavia Style Edition: Warranty and Pricing Details

In the Global NCAP crash test, the Slavia has already earned a perfect five-star safety rating. The model is localised up to 95 per cent and comes with a standard warranty of four years or 100,000 kilometres, with an option to extend the warranty to eight years or 150,000 kilometres. In addition, the brand offers a range of maintenance and service plans that according to the firm, will save customers' maintenance expenses while improving the whole ownership experience.

As mentioned before, the Style Edition is based on the top-of-the-line Style variant of the Slavia. The car carries an ex-showroom price tag of Rs 19.13 lakh. It is only available in 500 units for an additional Rs 30,000. In other news, Skoda hiked the prices of the Slavia and the Kushaq by up to Rs 1 lakh in India.
