The Tata Harrier EV’s Adventure 65 base model is equipped with an RWD setup, with higher trims gradually adding more luxury, tech, and range.

The Harrier EV, which comes in different trims from Adventure to Empowered (including dual-motor QWD), is the latest addition to Tata Motors' lineup of electric SUVs. While premium trims gradually add luxury, technology, and range, the Adventure 65's base model offers a well-equipped rear-wheel drive experience. The Empowered variant goes a step further with ADAS, a larger touchscreen, and off-road improvements, while the mid-spec versions offer improved design and convenience. Dual-motor all-wheel drive and different terrain modes are added to the top-tier QWD model. Here is a summary of the differences between each variant.

The electric Harrier comes with two different battery configurations: 65kWh and 75kWh. The single-motor RWD setup produces 235bhp, and the AWD model adds a 156bhp front motor, with a total torque output of 504Nm. The AWD version boasts a claimed range of up to 627 km and accelerates rapidly when boost mode is engaged, going from 0 to 100km/h in 6.3 seconds.

The prices of the rear-wheel drive variants range from Rs 21.49 lakh to Rs 27.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Price information for the more powerful all-wheel-drive models with two electric motors will be announced on June 27.
