Tata Motors has confirmed that prices for the dual-motor all-wheel-drive variants of the Harrier EV will be revealed on June 27, 2025. As of now, there is no official confirmation, but AWD is expected to be exclusive to the top-of-the-line Empowered model. Tata Motors offers the Harrier EV in three distinct variants: Adventure, Fearless+, and Empowered. The 65kWh battery option is available with both the Adventure and Fearless+ variants. Meanwhile, the larger 75kWh pack is offered for the Fearless+ and Empowered trims. The company recently revealed complete pricing for the rear-wheel-drive versions of the Harrier EV. The Harrier EV is available with two battery pack options: 65kWh and 75kWh. The latter has a claimed range of up to 627 kilometres. In the rear-wheel-drive (RWD) setup, the rear-mounted motor delivers 235bhp of maximum power. The all-wheel-drive (AWD) variant raises the power with a dual-motor configuration: 156bhp from the front motor and 235bhp from the rear. However, the peak torque is rated at 504Nm.

In terms of charging, a 7.2kW AC charger takes about 10.7 hours for a full charge, whereas a 120kW DC fast charger claims a 20% to 80% charge in only 25 minutes.
The Harrier EV has a closed-off grille, EV-specific badging on the front doors, and 19-inch alloy wheels with aerodynamic inserts. However, it retains elements such as slender LED headlamps, daytime running lights, and LED taillights. The SUV is offered in four standard paint options and a distinctive Stealth Edition for a more aggressive look.
Inside, the electrified SUV gets a 14.5-inch Harman infotainment system featuring a Samsung Neo QLED display, a four-spoke steering wheel illuminated Tata logo, a 10-inch digital driver's display, ambient lighting, and a panoramic sunroof.

It also includes a 10-speaker JBL sound system with Dolby Atmos 5.1, powered Boss mode for the second row, four drive modes, vehicle-to-load (V2L), vehicle-to-vehicle charging (V2C), and six terrain modes.
