The electric Tata Harrier has accumulated over 10,000 orders in India since bookings opened. The e-SUV is available in five core variants (Adventure, Adventure S, Fearless Plus, Empowered, and Empowered AWD), and has both RWD and AWD configurations. The prices for the RWD models range from Rs 21.49 lakh to Rs 27.49 lakh, while the AWD version is available at Rs 28.99 lakh. Additionally, a special Stealth Edition is available, priced between Rs 28.24 lakh and Rs 30.23 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom. The production of the SUV has officially started at the company's Pune facility. It is now set to reach showrooms nationwide, with customer deliveries scheduled to start in July 2025.
The Harrier EV can be had with either a 65kWh battery or a 75kWh one. The smaller battery is capable of producing 235bhp of power via a single motor. Meanwhile, the AWD version adds a front motor that generates 156bhp, while the rear continues to deliver 235bhp of power. The torque stands at 504Nm. The EV has a range of up to 627 kilometres. The AWD variant. Its AWD model has a 0-100km/h sprint time of 6.3 seconds in boost mode.

The EV offers two charging options: a 7.2kW charger that fully charges the battery (10% to 100%) in approximately 10.7 hours, or a 120kW DC fast charger for a rapid charge from 20% to 80% in 25 minutes.
While the dashboard is similar to that of the ICE Harrier, the colour scheme of white and grey is different. A 14.5-inch infotainment display made by Harman, using Samsung’s Neo QLED technology, is one of the standout elements. The Harrier EV is a well-equipped electric machine from Tata as it comes packed with several advanced amenities. These include a second-row 'Boss Mode' seat with powered adjustment, a four-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo, a panoramic sunroof, a 10-inch fully digital driver’s display, ambient lighting, Vehicle-to-Load (V2L), Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) charging, and multiple drive and terrain modes.

In terms of safety, the EV has a 540-degree surround view system, Auto Park Assist, ABS, EBD, seven airbags, and Level-2 ADAS.
