Tata Motors has equipped the Nexon EV with a Level-2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), which is available exclusively with the 45kWh battery pack. This new safety feature is offered in the Empowered+ A trim, priced at Rs 17.29 lakh (ex-showroom), which is Rs 30,000 more expensive than the previous top-spec Empowered+ 45 variant, priced at Rs 16.99 lakh. Tata has also launched the Nexon EV #Dark Edition to improve the SUV's visual appeal, featuring an all-black exterior and interior for a more aggressive look. This model joins the existing Red Dark Edition, which combines a black exterior with red interior accents. Tata Motors offers both Dark and Red Dark editions with the Empowered+ A trim, priced Rs 20,000 higher than the regular variant.

The new Empowered+ A trim of the electrified Nexon boasts a comprehensive Level-2 ADAS package, including advanced functionalities such as lane keeping and departure alerts, traffic sign recognition, forward collision warnings, high beam assist, and autonomous emergency braking. This is complemented by new comfort features like ambient lighting and sun blinds for the rear windows.

In addition, a new and bold Dark Edition has also joined the EV's lineup. As the name implies, the variant sports an all-black design. The Red Dark Edition remains a part of the range, equipped with the same ADAS suite and feature upgrades.

The Tata Nexon EV is offered with two battery pack options (30kWh, and 45kWh), both paired with a single electric motor. The 30kWh version produces 127bhp and 215Nm, and has a claimed range of 275 kilometres.

In comparison, the 45kWh version delivers a higher output of 143bhp while maintaining the same torque. It significantly extends the range to a claimed 489 kilometres.
