While the new Safari retains the overall dimensions and shape of the previous version, it comes with a thorough update. The front has a reworked bumper, a skid plate, vertically oriented LED headlights, a slimmer grille, and a connected DRL arrangement. Apart from the ‘Safari’ badging on the front doors and new 19-inch alloy wheels, the side profile remains unchanged. Both the front and the rear have a similar design. The bumper and boot lip have been revised, and the taillights are now connected. The rear Safari logo has been enlarged. The new SUV is now offered in three additional colours: Lunar Slate, Supernova Copper, and Cosmic Gold.

The engine makes 168bhp and 350Nm of torque. It also features driving and traction modes. The SUV's claimed fuel efficiency is 14.50km/l for the automatic transmission and 16.30km/l for the manual transmission.
