Toyota Innova Crysta Touring Sport Launched

Toyota launches a spruced-up version of its bestselling Innova Crysta in the form of the new Touring Sport version. Prices range between Rs. 17.79 lakh to Rs. 22.15 lakh, ex-showroom Delhi. 

The Toyota Innova by now is such a strong brand name in India that it sort of sells itself off the showroom floor. With the introduction of the Innova Crysta model, Toyota made the model a more premium offering with quite an expensive price tag. But that didn’t deter Innova buyers from their favourite MUV. And so, building on the success, the Japanese carmaker has launched a snazzier version of its bestselling vehicle badged as the Innova Crysta Touring Sport.

Essentially, this is the Indonesian version of the Toyota Innova Crysta which gets some additional frills over the Indian model. The Toyota Innova Crysta Touring Sport is being offered in two shades, namely, Wildfire Red and White Pearl Crystal Shine. It is being offered in a single trim option, which is the top-end ZX version. The Innova Crysta Touring Sport over the standard model gets black plastic cladding around the lower section of the car which includes the bumpers, wheel arches and rocker panel with chrome embellishments on the front and rear bumpers, rocker panels, ORVM casings and around the lower section of the front grille which is now mostly black at the top section with chrome inserts. The other major change is the 16-inch black alloy wheels that complement the vehicle’s black plastic cladding.

There are no changes to the interior of the vehicle apart from the fact that it is available with black leather seat upholstery only with contrast red stitching. The Touring Sport variant is available only in the six-seater version of the Toyota Innova Crysta that comes with bucket seats for the second row.

The Touring Sport variant is being offered in diesel and petrol versions of the Innova Crysta in both manual and automatic versions.
