W Motors’ Fenyr SuperSport makes its global debut

One of the very few carmakers from the oil-rich part of the world – W Motors – revealed its latest creation – the Fenyr SuperSport – at the Dubai Motor Show which concluded the day before yesterday.

If this brand doesn’t ring a bell to you, than let me make it easy for you. Anyone who has seen the movie Fast and the Furious 7, can’t forget the car jumping from one skyscraper to another. Well, that was one of the cars from the W Motors stable – the Lykan HyperSport.

At the Dubai Motor Show, which took place from November 10-14, W Motors’ latest masterpiece – the Fenyr SuperSport made its global debut. As always, W Motors has focused mainly on performance, power and speed. Such is the exclusivity of this car that only 25 units per year will be made. The car has been made using carbon-fibre extensively, which clubbed with incredible aerodynamics and aesthetics make it look like as if it was designed to annihilate anything that comes its way.

The car is powered by a 4-litre, flat-six, twin-turbo engine custom made by a carmaker known as RUF Automobile (Asphalt 8 Airborne fame). The 900bhp of power and 1,200Nm of torque is delivered through a seven-speed double clutch gearbox. If speed excites you, than figure this, the car has the ability to do 0-100km/h in less than 2.7seconds, and has a top speed of over 400km/h.

But here is the only and only if, the car costs $1.85 million (almost Rs. 12.51 crores). So if you think you can afford it, this is the car for you.
