The Aprilia RS 457, which went on sale last year with an ex-showroom price of Rs 4.10 lakh, is set to become more expensive in January 2025. The cost of the mid-performance sportsbike will rise by Rs 10,000, bringing the ex-showroom price to Rs 4.20 lakh. This change will affect all three available colours: Prismatic Dark, Racing Stripes, and Opalescent Light. Currently, the fully-faired RS 457 is available with a year-end discount of Rs 5,000. Additionally, Piaggio India is offering year-end discounts of up to Rs 13,000 on Vespa and Aprilia scooters until December 25. The exact advantages of each scooter model are not specified. Let’s take a deeper look at the RS 457's essential details.

Aprilia RS 457: Key Specifications

The fully-faired Aprilia looks aggressive with sharp cuts and creases. It gets clip-on handlebars, an underbelly exhaust, a muscular fuel tank, a compact curved windscreen, and split LED headlamps, among other design elements. At its heart, the RS 457 has a 457cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine that generates 46.9bhp and 43Nm.
