Auto Expo 2018 dates announced

Auto Expo, the biggest extravaganza and much-awaited event of the Indian automotive industry will kick start in the second week of February 2018.

The most anticipated motorshow of India will be officially held from February 9-14, 2018, at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida. This time, the Motor Show will witness one additional day, which has been done due to the rising interest and increasing footfall of the visitors.

The biennial automotive event, historically, has always been the launchpad of some of the most anticipated vehicles of the Indian automotive market. Additionally, Auto Expo also provides most car and bike makers a stage to showcase the best of their technology - either in production, or in concept form.

For 2018, however, many auto majors have withdrawn from the Auto Expo due to lack of new models for them to launch or showcase. Companies like Nissan, Ford, Royal Enfield, Bajaj, VW, Skoda and Audi will remain absent from the motorshow due to the aforementioned reason.

Alongside the main event, Components Show will be held at the Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from February 8-11, 2018. The joint inauguration of Auto Expo 2018 will be held on 8th February 2018. The latest edition of the Components Show will have a special emphasis on technologies, product innovations, efficient manufacturing and logistics.

The tickets for the Auto Expo 2018 will be available exclusively on BookMyShow.com in addition to the box office at IEML – Greater Noida and at select Metro Stations in Delhi NCR. The joint inauguration of the events will be held on February 8, 2018.
