Citroen C3 Aircross Get Discounts of up to Rs 55,000 in October

The C3 Aircross was launched by Citroen in the nation for a starting price of Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The SUV is Citroen India's only car available in both five- and seven-seater versions. It is built at Citroen's Thiruvallur plant in Tamil Nadu, with over 90 per cent of the components made in India. Prospective Buyers have the option to choose from two interior dashboard finishes (Bronze and Grey), six dual-tone colour schemes, and four monotone hues. Additionally, there are four customisation packs: Vibe, Elegance, Travel, and Care. The deliveries of the car are already underway. For this month, the French carmaker is providing attractive discounts on this model worth up to Rs 55,000. These offers can be availed in the form of exchange benefits, cash discounts, maintenance packages, corporate offers, and exclusive festive benefits.

Citroen C3 Aircross: Powertrain

A 1.2-litre Gen3 turbo-petrol engine with 108bhp of maximum power at 5,500rpm and 190Nm of peak torque at 1,750rpm drives the vehicle. The new C3 Aircross is said to offer unrivalled driving performance with its powerplant. For the transmission duties, this unit has been coupled to a six-speed manual gearbox. Moreover, it is anticipated that the French auto manufacturer might offer an automatic transmission option sometime later. The model's ARAI-certified fuel efficiency rating stands at 18.5km/l. 

Citroen C3 Aircross: Interior Features

The Aircross has a host of features, including a 10.23-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, a 7.0-inch digital instrument cluster, controls mounted on the steering wheel, tropicalised air conditioning, segment-first roof-mounted air vents, connected car technology, automatic climate control, USB ports, and more. Additionally, 38 smart functions with remote door lock/unlock, positioning lamp on/off, and immobilisation control are available through the My Citroen Connect app. 

The 5-seater version also features up to 444 litre of luggage volume and rear-seat knee room, while the 5-plus-2-seat arrangement provides innovative adaptability for a variety of uses and has a third row with two separate seats. Furthermore, up to 511 litre of luggage space can be created by folding down or removing each of the rear seats separately.

Citroen C3 Aircross: Safety Net

As for the safety suite, the car comprises a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), hill-hold assist, dual front airbags, rear parking sensors, ABS with EBD, an electronic stability program, and auto start-stop technology. But, it lacks cruise control and up to six airbags.

Citroen C3 Aircross: Price Range and Rivals

The SUV competes with models like the Honda Elevate, the Hyundai Creta, the Skoda Kushaq, the Kia Seltos, the MG Astor, and the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara and is priced between Rs 9.99 lakh and Rs 12.34 lakh (ex-showroom).
