Citroen C3 Aircross Gets Discount of up to Rs 1.75 Lakh in India

If you want to buy a Citroen C3 Aircross, this is the time to buy one. Some Citroen retail stores around the country are offering savings of up to Rs 1.75 lakh on the SUV. With a base price of Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom), the French carmaker released the C3 Aircross in India last year. It is the only Citroen vehicle currently on the market that comes in five and seven-seat configurations. It faces off with cars like the Honda Elevate, Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Skoda Kushaq, and comes in three distinct variants: You, Plus, and Max. In terms of discounts, the Max variant with the highest specifications is qualified for maximum deals of up to Rs 1.75 lakh. It comprises cash savings of up to Rs 1,50,000 and exchange rewards worth Rs 25,000. At the same time, the Plus model receives advantages of up to Rs 1.50 lakh, featuring cash savings of up to Rs 1,10,000 as well as an exchange benefit of Rs 40,000. Citroen C3 Aircross: Powertrain and Other Specifications

A 1.2-litre turbo-petrol motor coupled with a 6-speed manual gearbox powers the C3 Aircross. The power and torque numbers are 108bhp and 190Nm, respectively. Its fuel efficiency is 18.5 km/l, as verified by ARAI. 

The Citroen SUV's safety package consists of an electronic stability program, dual front airbags, rear parking sensors, ABS with EBD, TPMS (Tyre pressure monitoring system), and auto start-stop technology.  Additional features of the car include roof-mounted air vents, automated climate control, USB ports, a 7.0-inch digital instrument cluster, steering wheel controls, tropicalized air conditioning, a 10.23-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and wireless connectivity for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

The C3 SUV is accessible in six dual-tone and four monotone paint schemes: Steel Grey with a Polar White roof, Steel Grey with a Cosmo Blue roof, Platinum Grey with a Polar White roof, Cosmo Blue with a Polar White roof, Polar White with a Platinum Grey roof, Steel Grey, Platinum Grey, Cosmo Blue, and Polar White.

Citroen C3X India Launch Ahead?

Citroen India plans to increase its model lineup with the release of the C3X crossover. While confirmed details are unknown at this time, the upcoming Citroen car is expected to feature the same 1.2-litre turbo-petrol motor that propels the Citroen vehicles currently on the market. According to reports from the industry, Citroen may put its upcoming C3X in the C-segment, which is currently occupied by the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, the Hyundai Creta, and the Kia Seltos. Pricing-wise, the C3X, like the C3 Aircross, can be more in line with B2-segment cars like the Hyundai Venue and the Marut Suzuki Brezza, rather than the B-segment SUVs.
