Ducati India buyers will need to be ready for higher prices from 1 June, as the company has confirmed a price revision across select motorcycles and variants in its line-up. The increase will apply across dealerships in major cities, and it comes at a time when premium motorcycle brands are dealing with rising costs across the board. Ducati says higher raw material prices, inflation, and growing logistics expenses have made the move necessary. Since many Ducati motorcycles sold here come into India as imports, rising shipping costs and changes in international trade have also added pressure on the brand’s overall costs.

The Ducati India price hike will be seen across authorised dealerships in New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Hyderabad, and Kolkata. The exact increase will vary depending on the motorcycle and variant, but revised ex-showroom prices will come into effect from the start of June. While no specific numbers have been shared yet, buyers planning to bring home a Ducati may want to make their purchase before the updated pricing kicks in.

Even with the higher prices, Ducati is not slowing down when it comes to new motorcycles. The company has already introduced the Desmo450 MX and has more launches lined up for the rest of the year. These include the Panigale V4 Lamborghini and the limited-run Superleggera V4 Centenario. Demand for Ducati’s special motorcycles remains strong, with bookings for the Superleggera V4 Centenario already sold out.

There is more in the pipeline as well. Ducati is preparing updated versions of the Monster, Hypermotard, and DesertX before the end of the year. The Multistrada V4 Rally is also expected to join the line-up, along with special editions of the Streetfighter and Panigale range. These new launches and updates are likely to keep Ducati’s premium portfolio fresh despite the upcoming price revision.

Ducati is also working on improving the ownership side of things. The company has opened new service-focused facilities in Goa and Ahmedabad to support its growing customer base. These centres are aimed at maintenance and technical support, which should make life easier for owners as more Ducati motorcycles hit Indian roads.
