Honda closes its Most Successful year since Inception!

Recording its most successful year in India, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) closed the financial year of 2013-14 with a bang.

Honda has recorded the highest ever sales with 37.21 lakh units in the 2014 financial year, and 55,000 units were sold on March 31st alone, because of festive season - Gudi Parhwa and Ugadi in West and South India respectively. According to Honda, the overall two wheeler industry posted positive growth only due to HMSI’s spectacular performance, which countered the sharp fall in sales of  two wheelers. Because of this HMSI has strengthened its position as India’s 2^nd largest bike company. Honda’s domestic market share has witnessed a significant 6% point jump to 28% in March, 2014.
