Hyundai i20, Grand i10 Nios and More Attract Discounts of up to Rs 50,000 in November

Hyundai India is offering attractive discounts on several of its popular models. These offers can be availed by prospective buyers in the form of corporate discounts, cash discounts, as well as exchange bonuses and are valid till 30th November 2023.

As the festive season is in full swing, a range of manufacturers have been taking advantage of this auspicious period by rolling out attractive deals and offers across their model lineup. Popular South Korean carmaker, Hyundai is offering discounts of up to Rs 50,000 as part of their festive offers for November. There are benefits available for models such as the Grand i10 Nios, the i20, the i20 N Line, the Verna, the Alcazar, and the Kona Electric. These offers can be availed by prospective buyers in the form of corporate discounts, cash discounts, as well as exchange bonuses and are valid till 30th November 2023. On the other hand, no discounts are being offered on more recent and technologically advanced models from the brand, such as the Exter, the Creta, the Tucson, and the Ioniq 5. Read on to learn more about the model-wise offers on some of these Hyundai cars for this month.

Hyundai i20, i20 N Line

Up to Rs 30,000 in cash savings and an exchange incentive of Rs 10,000 are available for the Hyundai i20. Meanwhile, a fixed cash discount of Rs 50,000 is applicable on a limited number of units for the i20 N Line. 

Hyundai I20 Facelift 1

With a maximum power output of 82bhp and a peak torque of 115Nm, a sole 1.2-litre petrol engine powers the i20 hatchback in its refreshed form. Both a 5-speed manual and a CVT automatic handle transmission duties. Priced between Rs 6.99 lakh and Rs 11.01 lakh, the new i20 comes in five different trims: Era, Magna, Sportz, Asta, and Asta(O). Both figures are ex-showroom. For the 2023 iteration of the i20 N Line, the 1-litre turbo-petrol engine continues to produce 118bhp and 172Nm. The transmission options include a 6-speed manual gearbox and a 7-speed DCT.

On the feature front, the i20 boasts a wireless phone charger, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with connected car technology, keyless entry with push-button start, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility, adjustable climate control, a digital driver's display, a sunroof, and more. However, it now comes with extra safety features such as parking sensors, electronic stability control, hill start assist, and six airbags.

Hyundai Verna

A cash discount of up to Rs 20,000 and an exchange incentive of up to Rs 25,000 are available on the updated Verna sedan. Up until the end of November, these advantages are only available at a select few dealerships nationwide. '

A 1.5-litre NA and a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine are the two powertrain options for the new Verna. The 1.5-litre turbo petrol unit generates 253Nm and 158bhp, while the 1.5-litre NA mill generates 113bhp and 144Nm. In terms of transmission, the NA unit has an IVT or a six-speed manual gearbox. In contrast, there are two gearbox options for the turbo-petrol engine: a seven-speed DCT or a six-speed manual.

Coming to the feature set of the 2023 model, there is an extensive list including conveniences like a sunroof, dual 10.25-inch screens, an 8-speaker Bose music system, heated and ventilated seats, and a switchable touch-based interface. Furthermore, Hyundai equips some Verna variants with the Advanced Driver Assistant System (ADAS), which is powered by Hyundai SmartSense and has about 17 Level 2 ADAS features. These adaptive cruise control, front collision warning, rear cross-traffic alert, high beam assistance, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, blind spot monitoring, and other ADAS technologies are the same as those seen in Hyundai's Tucson SUV.

Hyundai Grand i10 Nios

During this festive month, the Grand i10 Nios is available for purchase in the domestic market with total savings worth up to Rs 43,000. The model has an ex-showroom starting price of Rs 5.84 lakh. Regarding the available benefits, cash discounts of up to Rs 30,000, an exchange incentive amounting up to Rs 10,000, and corporate advantages of Rs 4,000 are stated for the manual variants. However, the automatic versions of the hatchback are only eligible for corporate and exchange bonuses of the same amount.

A 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine with 113.8Nm of torque and 82bhp of maximum power powers the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios. The car's peak output when powered by a dual-fuel engine (petrol and CNG) stands at 68bhp and 95.2Nm. Both a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed automatic transmission are coupled to the petrol mill. In contrast, the dual-fuel engine comes with a 5-speed MT. Both powertrains meet the stringent RDE standards.

Hyundai Grand I10 Nios Front Three Quarter

As for the features, the Grand i10 Nios comprises an 8.0-inch touchscreen audio display with smartphone navigation, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, Grey upholstery with piping and Nios embossing, a 3.5-inch speedometer with a TPMS display, a smart key with a push button start/stop, a wireless phone charger, a multi-information display (MID), fully automated climate control, and inside door handles with a metal finish.

In a recent development, the car manufacturer revised the list of safety features for every vehicle in its model portfolio. Notably, Hyundai is the first marque in our country to offer a set of safety amenities that includes six airbags as standard on all of its cars.
