Innova Hycross, Hyryder, Fortuner and More Help Toyota India Register 61% YoY Sales Growth in February

Toyota India announced total sales of 25,200 units in February, showing a YoY growth of 61% from 15,685 units sold in the same month the previous year. In the home market, it shipped—23,300 cars, and internationally—1,920 vehicles. While releasing the sales data for the previous month, the Japanese carmaker said that it recorded its best-ever monthly sales in January 2024, with 24,609 vehicles sold in total. It was a staggering 92% increase over the same month the previous year. In the first month of 2024, the automaker shipped 1,412 units to other countries and sold 23,197 vehicles domestically. As usual, the firm acknowledged that the Innova Hycross, Fortuner, Urban Cruiser Hyryder, and Innova Crysta were among the best-selling models.

Recently, Innova HyCross set a remarkable milestone clocking sales of over 50,000 units since its launch in November 2022, underscoring our focus on offering customers a choice of vehicle that fits their lifestyle and needs.’’

Toyota Innova Hycross Hits 50,000 Unit Sales Mark

The Toyota Innova Hycross crossed the 50,000-unit sales mark in the nation since its launch in November 2022. Its price ranges between Rs 19.77 lakh and Rs 30.68 lakh (ex-showroom) in India. Under the hood, the MPV offers a choice of two engines. The first is a 2.0-litre naturally-aspirated gasoline engine mated to a CVT gearbox with 170bhp. Next up is a 2.0-litre gasoline engine combined with an e-Drive transmission and a potent hybrid system with 181bhp. In terms of features, the Toyota Innova Hycross comes equipped with a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, dual-zone climate control, ventilated front seats, ADAS, digital driver's display, panoramic sunroof, wireless phone charging, etc.
