KTM has confirmed that all its road-legal bikes (from the model year 2025 and above) will now be eligible for four years of standard warranty coverage regardless of engine size. The expanded Premium Manufacturer’s Warranty replaces the previous two-year coverage offered on the majority of the models sold in the global market. The warranty applies to the brand's entire street lineup, across segments, ranging from Naked and Supersport to Adventure and Supermoto. While KTM’s motorcycles in India already come with a five-year standard warranty that can be extended up to 10 years on select models, the 4 year warranty as standard on all road bikes overseas ensures greater reliability backing, improved resale prospects, and added peace of mind during ownership to customers abroad.
Commenting on this, Spela Kovacic, VP Global Customer Service, said 'We’re continuously evolving and strengthening our warranty coverage to stand firmly behind our products and deliver genuine peace of mind to our customers. By simply following the recommended service plan, riders can rely on comprehensive coverage in the event of any issue. The expansion underlines KTM’s confidence across its entire street range, extending a benefit previously limited to selected models.'
While the extended warranty applies to bikes across segments, including the Adventure, Dual Sport, Naked, Supersport, Sports Tourer, and Supermoto, KTM has confirmed that the Track-only and closed-circuit competition machines are not eligible for it.

The new 4-year warranty program is vehicle-specific and not tied to the rider. This means that the coverage will remain valid even after ownership changes. That said, the bike must undergo all scheduled maintenance in line with the official service plan at authorised KTM dealerships to maintain uninterrupted four-year coverage.
