The iconic off-roader, the new Thar, has reached a production milestone of 1 lakh units, according to a statement from Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd (M&M). In less than 2.5 years, the Mahindra Thar has reached this production milestone, showing the SUV's growing appeal and popularity in the country. The Thar is now offered in both 4x4 and RWD versions, giving buyers a variety of options. The all-new Thar was first unveiled in August 2020, and deliveries started in October 2020.
