Maruti Suzuki has started exports of the Victoris SUV from its Gujarat manufacturing plant, marking a major step for the brand’s global plans. The first batch of vehicles has already been shipped from Mundra and Pipavav ports, officially beginning the Victoris’ overseas journey. Launched in the Indian market in late 2025, the SUV now moves beyond domestic roads to international ones. With growing demand for compact and mid-size SUVs worldwide, the Victoris fits well into Maruti Suzuki’s export strategy. The move also strengthens India’s position as a global car manufacturing hub.

For export markets, Maruti Suzuki will sell the Victoris under the name Across. The SUV will reach regions such as Latin America, the Middle East and Africa. The company plans to supply the model to more than 100 countries and regions through its existing export channels, expanding its global lineup step by step.

The Victoris is produced at Maruti Suzuki’s Gujarat facility, which plays an important role in export operations. The plant supports both right-hand-drive and left-hand-drive models, helping the company meet different international requirements. This flexibility allows smoother production planning for multiple markets from one location.

More export destinations are expected to be added in phases, depending on approvals and market response. Before shipping, export-spec Victoris units go through market-specific checks.
