Suzuki Motorcycle India has delivered a strong performance in February 2026, posting 37 per cent year-on-year growth and crossing the 1.23 lakh sales mark. The company recorded total sales of 1,23,299 units, up from 89,966 units in February 2025. For anyone who tracks the Indian two-wheeler market closely, these numbers clearly show rising demand and steady momentum. Both domestic sales and exports contributed to this growth, helping Suzuki strengthen its position in a highly competitive segment. The brand has managed to build consistent volume through a mix of popular scooters and motorcycles, supported by network expansion and product updates. February’s performance underlines Suzuki’s growing footprint in India and its focus on scaling operations across markets.

Domestic sales were the biggest highlight. Suzuki dispatched 1,01,071 units in India, marking a 38 per cent jump over 73,215 units sold in the same month last year. This is the first time the company has crossed the one lakh domestic sales milestone in February, which signals strong acceptance of its lineup. Export numbers were equally solid, rising 33 per cent to 22,228 units compared to 16,751 units a year ago. The parallel rise in local and overseas demand shows stable production planning and consistent brand pull.
The Suzuki Access remains one of the company’s key volume drivers and continues to attract steady demand in the scooter segment. In addition to vehicle sales, the brand reported an 18 per cent year-on-year growth in spare parts revenue, reaching Rs 893.6 million. A growing parts business often reflects a larger number of Suzuki two-wheelers running on Indian roads, which further strengthens after-sales support.

Suzuki recently achieved a major production milestone by rolling out its 10 millionth vehicle from the Gurugram facility in Haryana. It took 14 years to produce the first five million units, but only six years to complete the next five million, which shows faster scale-up. A new manufacturing plant in Kharkhoda is under development to support future demand, including internal combustion and electric models.
Alongside business growth, the company stayed active with community initiatives such as Suzuki Matsuri in Hyderabad, Suzuki Motofest campaigns, mileage contests, Gixxer Pit Stop events and V-Strom experience days across cities, keeping riders engaged beyond just sales numbers.
