Tata Altroz Racer Gets Discount of up to Rs 65,000 in November

The Tata Altroz Racer is available with attractive discounts of up to Rs 65,000 for the first time. The benefits include a monetary offer and an exchange or scrappage incentive, which may differ based on location and stock availability. The sportier has three variants (R1, R2, and R3), and is priced between Rs 9.49 lakh and Rs 10.99 lakh (ex-showroom). It comes in three dual-tone colour options: Atomic Orange, Avenue White, and Pure Grey. Compared to the standard Altroz, the Racer edition is more well-equipped and performance-focused.

With a high-performance turbo-petrol engine under the hood, the sportier hatch directly competes with the Hyundai i20 N Line in the segment. It also serves as an alternative to the Maruti Suzuki Fronx and the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder. Tata Altroz Racer: Engine

A 1.2-litre, three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine coupled to a 6-speed manual transmission powers the Tata Altroz Racer. It produces a maximum power of 118bhp and a peak torque of 170Nm. There is no automatic gearbox option, but the Racer gets a sportier exhaust system.

Tata Altroz Racer: Exterior and Interior

The Altroz Racer stands out with a dual-tone paint job and blacked-out roof and hood. It sports twin white stripes on the bonnet, boot, and roof, and, a ‘Racer’ badge on the fender. The hatch's appearance is further accentuated by its elegant diamond-cut alloy wheels. Inside, the car’s upholstery is completely black with orange and white stripes. The headrests also feature 'Racer' writing.

Other notable features include an electric sunroof, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, an air purifier, heated front seats, wireless charging, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 360-degree camera, and six airbags.
