Tata Nexon EV Max, Prime Attract Discounts Worth up to Rs 2.60 Lakh in December

On all pre-facelift Nexon EV Prime models, Tata Motors is providing an exchange bonus of Rs 50,000 in addition to a cash discount of Rs 1.40 lakh. However, neither of the variants comes with any corporate discounts.

Tata Nexon EV Max

The facelifted version of the Nexon EV was introduced by the homegrown car manufacturer in September this year, however, dealers still have an unsold inventory of the Prime and Max versions of the pre-facelift Nexon EV. With certain models, the automaker is giving out rewards worth up to Rs 2.60 lakh. These benefits can be taken advantage of in the form of exchange bonuses and cash discounts. It is important to keep in mind that the deals are only good through December 31 or while supplies last. The applicable offers differ by city and are subject to stock availability. For actual figures, interested customers can contact their local dealer. 

Coming to the mechanical details of the models in question, with an ARAI-certified range of 312-kilometre, the Nexon EV Prime is driven by a 127bhp electric motor and a 30.2kWh battery pack. Meanwhile, housing a 40.5kWh battery and a 141bhp electric motor, the Nexon EV Max boasts a 437-kilometre ARA-certified range. With the same batteries, the redesigned Nexon EV MR and LR have a greater range of 325-kilometre and 465-kilometre, respectively. 2023 Tata Nexon EV Discounts (Up to Rs 35,000)

Benefits on the redesigned Nexon EV from Tata Motors amount up to Rs 35,000; however, these are limited to the mid-spec Fearless+ and Fearless+ S trim levels of the Medium-Range (MR) and Long-Range (LR) models. The ex-showroom prices of the mentioned trims range from Rs 16.69 lakh to Rs 19.19 lakh.

On the feature front, there's a redesigned rotary dial, touch-based HVAC controls, a wireless charger, cooled front seats, thinner AC vents, and the largest-in-segment 12.3-inch touchscreen with mobile connectivity. Additionally, there is a new 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a nine-speaker JBL audio system with multiple audio modes, and connected car technology. The cabin further has a dual-tone black and cream theme that makes it seem luxurious. Four voice assistants are available to meet the various needs of the consumer base: Hey Tata, Hey Siri, Amazon Alexa, and OK Google. One of the 64+ capabilities available on the newly enhanced Tata ZConnect is a remote-controlled automobile capability. Paddle shifters and smart digital shifters are available as driving aids.

Pre-Facelift Nexon EV Discounts (Up to Rs 2.60 Lakh)

On all pre-facelift Nexon EV Prime models, the auto major is providing an exchange bonus of Rs 50,000 in addition to a cash discount of Rs 1.40 lakh. In the meantime, cash discounts of Rs 2.10 lakh and an exchange bonus of Rs 50,000 are offered for all pre-facelift Nexon EV Max versions. Nevertheless, neither of the variants comes with any corporate discounts.

Speaking of the prices, the Nexon EV Prime before the facelift version came out, was available for between Rs 14.50 lakh and Rs 17.19 lakh; after the markdown, it is currently on offer for between Rs 12.60 lakh and Rs 14.60 lakh. The pre-facelift Max variants ranged in price from Rs 16.49 lakh to Rs 19.54 lakh; after deducting the discounts, the applicable prices fall between Rs 13.89 lakh and Rs 16.94 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom.
